What this website does
tavlo.eu presents the Tavlo product and hosts the ordering interface that restaurants, bars and cafés make available to their guests through QR codes. Tavlo is not a seller of food or drink; the contract for anything you order is concluded directly with the venue. This is set out in full in the Terms of Use.
Hosting
The website is served by Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Hosting), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Application and database infrastructure is operated on our behalf by our infrastructure providers within the European Union.
Consumer protection and dispute resolution
Romania's consumer protection authority is the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) — anpc.ro.
Before anything else, please write to us at support@tavlo.eu; most complaints are quicker to resolve directly. If we cannot resolve it, you may use Romania's alternative dispute resolution system for consumers:

The EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.

The Tavlo name, logo, interface and software are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Menu content, photographs, prices and descriptions belong to the venues that publish them.

This website links to third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We are not responsible for that content; responsibility lies with the operator of the site in question.
